The Gym

I workout.  I go to the gym. And I like it. A lot.

I don’t go to burn calories.  I don’t go so I can loose weight.

I go so I can feel strong. So I can be healthy. As a positive outlet.

It makes me feel great.  So, please don’t worry when I say I’m going to the gym.  It’s a good thing.

I’m not one of those muscle clad, protein powder shake drinking, spend three hours at the gym type of person.  I go for my one hour class and leave.  That’s it.  That’s all.

I’m going to pump you up!
