I did it!

I started today feeling great.

Tracking my food like I’m suppose to. Ate breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Felt full at the end of the day. Not uncomfortable full, but the kind of full that someone with an eating disorder hates.

But, I got through it.  And ended today feeling great. No symptoms, no poor choices, no bad behaviour.

Spent time with my kids. Didn’t punish my body. Most importantly didnt destroy my mind.
